Castell Communications Ltd is managing the Credit Card and paypal payments on behalf of the conferences.

The 3rd IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Green Energy (ICAIGE26), co-located with the 3rd Symposium on Smart, Sustainable, and Secure IoT (S4IoT26) will be held from October 13 to 15, 2026, at the Kuwait College of Science & Technology (KCST), Kuwait.
The fee payment can be accomplished either on-line using secure credit card processing by PayPal or alternatively by bank transfer.
If you choose to pay on-line by credit/debit card please follow steps 1-2.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer please follow steps BT1-BT3.

Step 1

 Establish which fee is applicable to you (New Author/Participant, Returning Author/Participant, Student Author)
   

 Select appropriate payment option(s) from the table below. You will enter the secure payment processing web-site administered by PayPal. Please note that no credit/debit card details are disclosed to ECMS or Castell Communications. This is why you are asked in Step 2 to copy the receipt from PayPal to the Registration/Payment Office.
If you have more than one additional paper or extra page, then click more than once or set the number in the final chart before checking out. Alternatively, you can set this in your shopping chart before checkout.

Step 2

 Send the confirmation of the receipt of your payment by PayPal to the Payment Office. Please include your name, Track and Paper number in the e-mail. Now go back to the conference webpage to register.

BANK TRANSFER

Step BT1

Establish which fee is applicable to you (Author/additional paper/extra pages). You can use the system above to calculate total.
      Make sure that you cover any charges imposed by your bank.

Step BT2

 Send an email to sales@castellcomms.co.uk to receive Bank Account information.
Arrange a transfer of the appropriate fees to the bank account.

Step BT3

 Send the confirmation of your bank transfer (preferably scanned jpeg) to the Registration Office.
Please include your name, Conference and Paper number (if applicable) in the e-mail. //
