NGMAST'14 Conference Fees Payment

Castell Communications Ltd. is managing the finances on behalf of NGMAST'14 and all co-located workshops. All payments must be made to Castell Communications Ltd.

The fee payment can be accomplished either on-line using secure credit card processing by PayPal or alternatively by bank transfer.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer please follow Instructions at the bottom of the page.
Author registration deadline 11 July 2014. Registration as Full participant or fee or Exhibitor/participant is possible until start of the conference
   


Payment by Credit Card or by Paypal Account

To pay on-line using Paypal or credit/debit card please

  1. Select appropriate payment option(s) from the table below.
  2. When you finish press "View Cart".
  3. You will enter the secure payment processing web-site administered by PayPal to finish payment.
Please note that if you have a paypal account then login in and pay. If you are paying with Credit Card then after you click "checkout" choose the option "Don't have Paypal account" or "Pay by Credit/debit Card" at the bottom of the page.
Please note that no credit/debit card details are disclosed to NGMAST or Castell Communications. A notification of your payment will be sent automatically to the organisers.

Payment by Bank Transfer

Step 1

Establish which fee is applicable to you (author, student, participant, VMS14)

Step 2

Since we cannot publish Bank account information on the Internet due to fraud possibility, you are asked to send an e-mail to NGMAST'14 treasurer and you will receive an invoice and instructions for the payment.
Please include in your e-mail:
  • Name of the Participant
  • Affiliation and Address
  • Type of Registration (author, Student author, full participant, ...)
  • Additions (extra pages, additional paper, extra dinner ticket)
  • EDAS Paper No. (If author)
  • Total Amount to Pay

Step 3

After completing the transfer please send the confirmation of your bank transfer (preferably scanned jpeg) to the NGMAST'14 treasurer. Please include your name and Paper number (if applicable) in the e-mail.
